MM Mental Monarchs

Story archive

Mental Monarchs started with stigma, resources, and community.

The project began as a way to make mental health education easier to share: plain-language resources, local conversations, community events, and practical guides for people who did not know where to start.

Past work

The work that shaped the wall.

Mental-health education

Plain-language education around anxiety, depression, coping skills, therapy, and the signs that extra support may help.

Community resources

Rio Grande Valley resources, hotlines, youth support, LGBTQ+ resources, and national mental-health information in one easier-to-share place.

Events and markets

Mental Monarchs also explored events such as a Mental Health Festival and Mental Health Market, giving the project a public, local, collaborative side.

Future option, not a promise

If events, markets, products, or donations return later, this page can grow again. Until then, it can stay as a respectful archive behind the article wall.

Old graphics, kept with care.

These images keep some of the original color and energy in the room: community care, local resources, and a project that wanted people to feel less alone.
