Mental-health education
The previous site shared plain-language education around anxiety, depression, coping skills, finding a therapist, and recognizing when professional support may help.
About the concept
Mental Monarchs began as a stigma-breaking mental-health education project with resources, community conversations, events, and practical guides. For the first preview, this page keeps that history visible while the front of the site stays focused on Brooke's resource-guide concept.
Past work
The previous site shared plain-language education around anxiety, depression, coping skills, finding a therapist, and recognizing when professional support may help.
It gathered Rio Grande Valley mental-health resources, hotlines, youth support, LGBTQ+ resources, and national mental-health information in one easier-to-share place.
Mental Monarchs also explored community events such as a Mental Health Festival and Mental Health Market, giving the project a more public, local, and collaborative side.
If Brooke wants to revive events, markets, products, or donations later, this page can move forward. Until then, it can stay as a respectful archive behind the current resource guide.
